Indianapolis Public Library Features African American Artists

"View the works of prominent local African-American artists during the 25th anniversary of "Meet the Artists,” beginning Friday, February 1 and continuing through Saturday, March 23 at Central Library, 40 E. St. Clair Street.”

"The exhibit, sponsored by The Indianapolis Public Library’s African-American History Committee, has grown to become one of the city’s premiere cultural events while providing an avenue for African-American artists to showcase their works. The exhibit will feature works in a variety of artistic mediums throughout Central Library surrounding the theme, "World Outside My Window: A Silver Soiree."
